DESIGN PACKAGE

Every project starts with an idea that takes shape through a detailed design. To begin, send us your design package along with your preferred material and color selection. Material Selection

At Artin Stone Co., the material selection process begins with exploring our Online Inventory or scheduling an appointment to visit our Natural Stone Slab Gallery in person. Our experienced team will guide you every step of the way to help you choose the perfect stone for your project. Measurement

At Artin Stone Co., our Project Coordinator will schedule your initial measurement and assign a dedicated Project Manager to oversee your project from start to finish. Using advanced digital templating and measurement technology, our team creates accurate computer-aided designs to ensure every detail is precise. These designs are then sent to our fabrication machines for exact cutting.

For natural stone or materials with distinctive patterns and movement, we provide a full-colour layout preview that shows how the veins and patterns will appear across your countertops, backsplashes, fireplaces, or flooring. By digitally overlaying images of your selected slab onto the project drawings, we achieve perfect vein matching and a beautifully cohesive final result.

To ensure every detail meets your expectations, we kindly ask that the lead decision-maker be present during the site measurement. This helps us capture your vision accurately and deliver a result that truly reflects your design goals.

Quotation

After receiving your design package and chosen material, Artin Stone Co. will prepare a comprehensive and transparent quote for your project. Along with your estimate, we’ll provide the current lead time from site measurement to installation. Please note that, in most cases, site measurements are scheduled within 5–7 business days after the deposit is received. Our goal is to keep the process clear, timely, and efficient from the very beginning.

Fabrication

At Artin Stone Co., all fabrication and installation are handled entirely in-house to maintain the highest level of quality and precision. Your selected stone is cut and shaped using our advanced waterjet and 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring every detail is executed with accuracy. Once the pieces are cut, our skilled fabricators carefully finish and hand-polish each surface to perfection.

Every component is meticulously checked against your project plan created by your Project Manager to ensure consistency and accuracy. After final quality inspections are completed, your project is seamlessly transitioned to our installation team, who bring your vision to life with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Installation

On the day of installation, our Head Installer meets with your Project Manager to review all project details and confirm final drawings before work begins. Our highly skilled installation team brings years of experience in handling both natural stone and solid surfaces, ensuring your project is completed with precision, care, and efficiency.
